Is everything I share confidential?
We treat personal information with care and follow applicable professional and legal privacy requirements. Confidentiality has limits in certain circumstances, which will be explained as part of the professional engagement. Please do not include sensitive clinical details in general website enquiries.
Can I attend virtually, or only in person?
Both are available. Most services can be booked as either an in-person session in Nairobi or a virtual session — you'll be able to choose your preferred format when scheduling.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and we understand that. You can reschedule or cancel directly through your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your session, at no charge.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive an email confirmation with your session details and a short, optional intake form so we can make the most of your time together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out beforehand.
